I've tried it out. I enjoy the simplicity and applications. It is, however, a simply ugly (visually) product. I don't know what role that plays in sales.

It's a product that I, as a PC user, would never purchase. It doesn't offer enough value for the purchase. This doesn't answer your question, but I thought I would chime in with my 2 cents.

This character(author) is probably just pissed off that it took him 3 days to figure out how to work "AUDREY".... and then he had to relearn the whole preceedure all over after his lunch break!!!
