You'll have to explain more.
Explain how Metricom gets more money without issuing lots of shares at a really low price per share. There is no other alternative that I can see but perhaps I am missing something that you can point out. Please do not say that Paul Allen and/or Worldcon will just "loan" them hundreds of millions of dollars - they will not. They are not lenders - IF they put any more money in, it will be equity money. So I ask in all seriousness, how does hundreds of millions of dollars of new equity come into Metricom without the share balance ballooning? Also, if/when the share balance balloons, won't you own a much smaller piece of the pie? It is better than filing chapter 11, but still not really good.

Don't worry about my time. Writing a total of three short notes to you has taken all of about 12-15 minutes.
