Husssshhh! <ggg>

Edit: I don't want to witness any broken handles.
Actually you have been making some great observations lately.
The cup and handle "theory" will predict a

14.50 = 9.00 + (9.00 - 3.50) target.

The handle is an ascending triangle shape, looking for a possible march 1 ?? convergence. I'm not good with trend lines
.
Also we tested low 9.00 range twice, the rule of three says we break the resistance next time.

On the other hand, the MACD has given a sell signal. Last time it did that, we got down to the low 6.00 range.

Tomorrow we hear Celebrex 4Q numbers. OT Also, Napster will find out its fate tomorrow too.

Joe,

<<Question: What do you guys think?>>

It is interesting that you mention it - I was looking at the DMX chart last week, thinking the same thing.

They almost always resolve to the upside - lets hope if this one completes the C&H pattern, that we are the rule and not the exception.

So - yes, I obviously agree with your observation!

Question: What do you guys think?

This factor is still missing...

Volume: There should be a substantial increase in volume on the breakout above the handle's resistance.

News/end of quiet period (if indeed there is one) will validate the T/A theory. Personally I think this company is too volatile to apply T/A with any significant degree of confidence.

How about this sobering thought? Remember last week the stock score was 98 and all indicators were positive? Well check this out FWIW. Type in t.dmx
