I think I prefer the silver.

The anejo takes on more of the oak flavor during the aging process, whereas with the silver you can really get a sense of the spicy aftertaste provided by the blue agave.

Still, both are nice and have their place. Mixto is nasty, and not to be used even in mixed drinks.
