Well, the taking of fish for human consumption from the upper Hudson is currently prohibited due to the high levels of PCB. I might add that only repeated consumption of large amounts of contaminated fish would likely get you in trouble. Isn't it the same situation with cigarettes?? What am I missing here??

Secondly, this is your call as a resident of the Hudson River watershed but wouldn't it be better to eat the fish without the worry of PCBs?
