Peter, a big sell, I'd say. It was the low for after hours (and all day), so it couldn't have been an institution buying (IMO). Perhaps the MM crossing that big block was a big reason for the afternoon downward pressure. Once the MM distributed it in the market, they reported the other side - the buy from the institution. Just a guess. WDIK?
