Think so? If that is the case, it is pretty sad. I remember when Tom's Hardware reviewed the P4 at launch, he was very enthusiastic that the unit he had overclocked very easily to 1.7GHz. It seems more and more like Intel sent some hand-selected units out for the evaluation. Now compare that to AMD sending CAS 2.5 PC2100 machines "because that is typical of what will be sold".
