Ron, glad to hear from you.
I invest in OTC stocks with a portion of my high risk port. I originally ran across VALH at Clearstation last June. Bought a little then and started doing more and more DD. Bought it down as it went south of .175 and bought more at .14. Still didn't have much compared to what I have now, but then I went to the shareholders meeting in Miami and met the principals in November. That trip was well worth my time. From November 30 to December 28, I bought about 1.5 million shares of VALH. (I own 2.4 million now). Most of it less than .09. There were a couple days when I bought most of the daily volume back in December.

What I saw was a company growing revenues quickly, posting positive earnings, and trading at very low prices in an industry that was being killed by low lumber prices. Once I felt that VALH would be alright long term, and decided that lumber would reverse and go back up sometime this year, I just kept buying and buying.

I like buying companies for about 1/8 or less of where they should be. Don't you?
