Scumbria Re..Do you have any idea what a grand jury is? It is a tool for the prosecution. There is no presentation by the defense, and no cross-examination. It is a completely one-sided affair.<<<<<< I probably have a better idea than you in that I not only read but I also watch television news. I agree that the grand jury is a tool for the prosecution.. Nonetheless, it is still a jury and the jury has a verdict.
