Good morning! Interesting tidbit off of the news: Arlen Specter is now saying that he thinks Clinton should be impeached on the basis of the Marc Rich pardon. Legal scholars are divided about whether a non- sitting president can be impeached. Presumably, if convicted, it would strip him of his benefits as an ex- president, and therefore go beyond censure..........
