thanks, I'll check it out.

Some good reading:

"When Is Exuberance "Irrational"?"

schaeffersresearch.com

a few snippits:

So when is exuberance "irrational?" When it occurs in the context of a weak stock market and an ever-weakening economy. As in "right now." But isn't there lots of "doom and gloom" out there in response to these negative conditions? Actually there's very little in the way of doom and gloom and much in the way of "irrational exuberance" per my laundry list below.

The belief that the rate cut process that began last month is going to very quickly jumpstart the economy and the stock market and most specifically the techs is so pervasive as to approach a religious belief among investors and Wall Street spokespeople.
