Peter,

I think using TA for a stock like WIND is fruitless. Historically, WIND has had these unexplained, or non-FA related, moves up and down.

A savvy trader can be playing around to accomplish a big buy/sell order for a big client such as Landis. I know in theory that is what TA should tell you but if you predict it accurately, please let me know. (in advance)
