Rick about ARBA 22 5/8 was the high on ARBA first trading day in june 99 this could provide some support indeed but in my experience support near an all time low are not very reliable. Just my opinion.

hi rick, I have been working on Powerpoint presentations lately, had some walking pneumonia, so not around as much....Further, I have to get a new 10 year CD for my analysis...Right now I am dealing with 2 year data.....Looking at one of the old patterns of 80 by 50, I have first support point at 20, but I would stand aside even at that point...ADX is now at 38...until I get more data, can't comment constructively on this one...good luck....
