CNBC just keeps blowing major stories. Have been watching them an hour solid since the Napster ruling and they have gone all over the map with it. Including major update from their west coast report saying Napster would be shut down. Maybe it will and maybe it won't. Gee whiz. Good thing there are other major sources of news...can't count on CNBC for any breaking story.

bwac, My problem is mostly with Consuelo Mack's interviewing. She is not interested in the answers at all and just wants to speed through the process. It may not be her fault at all....maybe just too many questions; cut out some unimportant ones.

I do notice that other interviewers will give the guest to answer questions....just watch and compare.

I like her but this speedy Q and A is just so annoying.
