DJ & Thread,

With spot market prices of 128Mb in the $4 range, we may have witnessed one of the fastest ever cut overs from one generation to the next (I am guessing here that majority of the DRAM wafer have now moved from 64M to 128M during January).

Assuming the above is true, here is the question:
Which companies are poised to benefit from this? Are there any investment opportunities here?

P.S.: With 128MB of PC133 at under $50, clearly consumers are benefitting big time.
