Dan, I'm not really sure we are in a bear market yet, but when we are, I see the Dow cut in half. Of course, I remember when it had a pe ratio of 6, so I may be excessive. I have no idea on time frame. My discipline is just to buy them when they're cheap and buy puts or do bearish spreads when they are pricey. I have found a few more things to buy and do bull spreads on this year, but it is still much easier to find a put or bear spread candidate.
