Only positive I see today is that CSCO seems to have put in a short term bottom .... JB

you see the sunshine through the clouds, but I think the majority is still seeing clouds... Maybe that is a good thing. This past week is the most negative I have seen on the higher growth stocks; I mean negative sentiment. Every analyst or fund manager has been recommending staying away from such stocks. I am reluctant to buy any of these names but then I ask myself...if everybody feels the same way, could this be the bottom? Tempted to cut my exposure to safer stocks in favor of the high PEs...but just can't pull the trigger on buying yet; am getting close. OK...Starting to buy high PE techs as well as the low PE techs now. will do so in stages today.
