No, but its one of many....in addition there are other problems like the Phillipine apt building, built on a landfill, that collapsed recently. That's a sign that either the Philippine apt. building or the covering of the landfill was not built right. That doesn't mean running out of space for landfills is either a US or a worldwide problem. It might indicate that there is a problem for the Philippines, and certainly there could be such a problem in Hong Kong and Singapore, or even places like Bangladesh. Tim
