Que, Iso et al:

Despite being the self-proclaimed food fight analyzer, this latest one has me puzzled. I read today's Raymond James' discussion of natgas injections/withdrawals vs. heating oil imports. The conclusion, that unsustainable fuel switching will allow a $5 or more price for NG going forward for a while seemed in line with their analysis.

Is this article what is causing this catfight or something else? Now, the request: can anyone summarize the two sides in 14 words or less?

TIA

007: Maybe OT. NR and WPC in sale/leaseback deal. Just like HC in sale/leaseback about _ months ago.

Did not hurt HC price of stock, but I would like to know how shareholders really view these deals. Some good for shareholders, no doubt.

Sale/leasebacks free up capital for more lucrative assets. Any other ideas for when sale/leasebacks are good and/or bad? Thanks for pointing out this opp.
