Ned Riley, chief market strategist at State Street Global Advisors, sees opportunities in technology stocks following last year's big sell-off and early February's slump.

"This is the greatest time to buy these stocks, when nobody wants them," Riley told CNNfn's Market Call.

Charles Payne, head analyst at Wall Street Strategies agreed, telling CNNfn's Talking Stocks that he expects a tech stock rebound later this year.
