I think Thomas is talking about ie5. Under tools/options/security tab/custom level you can elect to allow per session cookies while disabling permanently stored cookies. That option may not be available in 5.5. I don't know about Netscape

in IE, go to:

Internet Options
Security
Trusted Sites
Sites

You can then enter Silicon Investor's URL, and put it at low security - allowing cookies, while having all other Websites at higher security - blocking cookies. I haven't done this, but it seems doable.
