Three BIG MO Legal Issue Questions

1) Does anybody have a site/link that lists, on a regular basis, the Engle case issues, proceedings, appeals, rulings, etc.?

2) What is the legal term for the notion of MO not being able to spinoff Kraft due to the legal ramifications if MO is held responsible for legal issues -- and the spinoff appears to be an effort on MO to distance assets (via the spinoff) from potential creditors?

3) Besides the below cases, does anybody have info on any pending court proceedings, of note, that may effect tobacco in the near or intermediate-term?

Thank you very much for any feedback!

My Current Tobacco Take:

1) Falise asbestos case is resolved.

2) Blankenship medical monitoring class action appears to have too much burden of proof for the plaintiff.

3) Apostolou individual case is resolved.
