Many hours of grinding through SEC cobwebs on secinfo.com mostly.... A thorough knowledge of LGOV, and it's bumbling former real estate peddling "..mastermind.." helps. At one time in my early career, I was the company pilot for a firm in Freeport, GBI that built pre-stressed/precast concrete HUD-like homes in a development called New Freetown. Prior to that, I grew up in Central America, so I understand the need for this kind of moderate-cost, quick-build, low-maintenance environment-proof housing. The Adnan Khashoggi trump card for the MidEast/Africa, and LGOV for China makes it a really interesting collage. Keep digging, and watch the Discovery Channel more often..!! Regards, John :-)
