Win Smith Re Not my theory. Of course, I don't watch much tv, either, or argue about legal practice based on what the dictionary says. <<<<<<< Thanks for the link. I haven't heard of that theory. That was in my milder nice guy days. As far as using the dictionary, the dictionary has been the final arbitor of arguments as far as defining the meaning of what one said. We have used it in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Whether you wish to do so is your option.
