Bob - the timing of the sale on Friday doesn't make any sense. why sell into what appears to be good news and future appreciation?

if its Brewer, maybe its just an "f-you" note. Other than that...

P.S. The disaster scenario is that someone knows something we don't and that a buy-out is??????

Oops. Wrong! It was ITC. 10 million shares. I don't get it. Do they need the cash for ITCD, their money burning CLEC? For hungry startups in their venture fund? Could they get nailed for insider trading if they new no deal was going to happen, even though mgmt has implied the company is for sale? It just don't make sense.
