I heard Rob Black comment about this stock a few days ago. Said that the downside is 16 to 17, while the upside was 30 near-term. Any move about 30 will be a "struggle", he added. But he also said that this is would do very well for you if your time horizon is 3 to 5 years.

Patience, patience, patience!

Hi Addi,

There probably is bad salt out there right now. Something sure caused the price of LSI to go from 90-16. The real issue is whether the price already reflects the bad news and how long might it be before the news turns good. With Gresham ramped successfully, the storage acquisition a big winner, the success attained in communication chips, and over 1 billion in cash, you have to like LSI's chances of weathering a recession if that is what we get. The need for LSI's products and services looks brighter and brighter over the long term and Corrigan has proven that he is steady at the helm in choppy waters.
