Brooke, how bout telling Floyd The Barber to tell the Japanese that...
"It's all relative to the interest rate environment. In a falling rate environment stocks can command higher p/e's because they compete better with diminishing yields."

They have taken their rates to zero and still struggling.

As the Capt would say "watch the dollar" cause it can be a killer.
