Hi Karen
I am indeed saying that. Although as far as easier goes, I'm not so sure it's easier. People will go to great lengths to avoid responsibility in general. How much more incentive is there to avoid ultimate responsibility? Have you ever tried to keep a beach-ball under water? It's that type of imagery that Paul uses in the first chapter of Romans, where he says that the truth about God is so clearly seen in the creation, that it takes a conscious effort to "suppress" this truth. He then goes on to say basically the same thing about morality. We know some things are wrong without having to be told, because we are made in the image of a morally perfect being. To deny that morality is anything more than what we decide it is flies in the face of what we know to be true in our guts.
Some deny this, but if you listen to them for five minutes you will hear them denouncing this that or the other thing as being wrong. What do you think? I have to run for now.

Have a good day.
Greg
