Intel is pushing as fast as they can to get the RDRAM albatross off their neck. They have to subsidize every P4 sale with $60 to keep the OEM's interested, thanks to you know what.

Do you think that Micron is getting very comfortable with Judge McKelvie, who seems to agree to whatever Micron proposes as the course of action in the Delaware case.
Now if Infineon pushes for a delay in it's trial dates beyond Micron's May 7 trial date; you know the Dramurai think their best bet is Micron's "RMBS was a very very bad boy" JEDEC argument in front of a sympathetic judge.
