The numbers speak for themselves.

INSP closed at $5
After hours at 17:39 = $4.66.

The AA's remarks sound like double speak to me. Right now he seems to be correcting the facts based on earlier guidance and relied upon by the questioners. As near as I can understand what he is saying, I believe there has been no mention of Charter as a cable business partner. So far no one has asked whether INSP still is a member of Digeo Partners. After hours trading prices steadily diminished from initial numbers.
