Bill this is about Julie Fouquet, not you and me.
Don't be so self righteous. I thought it important that this Agilent employee and others just like her may be being USED by Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe for sinister purposes, purposes that may include covering up a hideous crime - the invasive bathroom video taping of innocent men, women and children by Varian, Susan B. Felch, George Zdasiuk and others. If Julie Fouquet and/or children were indeed captured on tape does she not have a right to seek punitive damages, even if her husband was involved?
I never suggested all attorneys are despicable. My attorneys are ethical, law abiding and don't lie in court documents. As an attorney, and one of integrity I trust, take a peek at the complaint, look at the bathroom photographs, and give Julie Fouquet the break she and her children deserve!
