Excar. Thx. OT/waves of nostalgia(g)

sweep over me when I think of the good old days a year ago on the Yahoo PETD thread.

Axle spammed a bit there and sent a few PRZ goons over there to flame me after me when I backed him up about doing that, lol. I later returned the favor on the PRZ thread.

But that was nothing compared to how nasty it got when was one of the the leaders of a web generated challenge to PETD's excessive mgt compensation. Suddenly new posters showed up that keep attacking us till a giant bar room brawl began, involving over a dozen posters, that went on day and night for months.

Some of the stuff was a little annoying but a lot of it was funny as hell. One dude who continually bashed us ended up on ignore from about everybody. He kept claiming he was getting the SEC to put ole Iso into the slammer, LOL. Apparently he kept writing our civil servants in the agency letter after letter which they must have filed in the trash can, as I was never contacted.

It was a hoot and a learning experience. This year some of my friends there look like they're going to pick up the effort again and may even file a class action suit against PETD mgt. Recently got several email from one of them.

I've been out of the stock for 6 months now so I can only hope they succeeed. Some have very very large positions in the stock. Really a fascinating story. Though there's really no time to chronicle the whole thing.

When the annual meeting finally arrived, I was sick as hell. But fortunately, we had an outstanding CPA in our group who attended the annual meeting and gave an outstanding presentation of the issues in our shareholders petition.

It was the first time I had any role in a shareholders movement. Very interesting to watch a large group of people when the pressure arrived with the hired guns.

As the Devil put it in that great flick, Devils Advocate, "Some fold, while others focus".
