Yes, it was the Nextwave spectrum, although I believe there were additional airwaves in there also. If you remember Q reducing their stake(warrants) in LWIN to satisfy the FCC's requirement for a Designated Entity, it then becomes pretty ignorant to allow these "front-men" to bid on spectrum.

Regardless, LWIN did very well, plus the $125M credit played out well for Q and LWIN. The NextWave appeal and the DE challenge add some intrigue to the auction, for sure.
