Here is some good DD on the company; recent stuff (Dec):
bizmonthly.com
I think the company believes it has a strong chance of winning the lawsuit. At $300 million, and with a float of only 7 mil, that should bob this one to the top fast. Even if they only get a part of that, or favorable settlement (I read that the judge threw out ADM's request for dismissal) the stock should rocket. I watched ANTM (now ARCS) jump from .13 to $4.97 in a couple of months and it was carrying 7 times the float this one has. Last spring this one went from 4 cents to .64 in about 16 business days.
If you want to do some really good DD, chase down the info on the director, Thomas Kempner, and his connections.

IGNE signs a $2 million sale agreement for the coming year (new contract, not part of their current income):
biz.yahoo.com

Also - income was up 78% this quarter, not even counting the $2 million contract.

Igene will be displaying at Aqua-Sur, Puerto Montt, Chile, the week of March 20-23.
Aqua Sur is the most important biannual aquacultural event of the Southern Hemisphere. It will take place for the first time in Puerto Montt, in the 10th Region in Chile in 2002.

Aqua Sur will partly consist of an International Conference, from 18th to 19th March, which will bring together the principal players of the aquacultural world. It will also include an International Exhibition, where progress in equipment, technology, and the services offered by the industry’s suppliers will be presented.
Both events have been conceived to support the national industry, positioning Chile as a world leader in the development of aquacultural activities, and to continue to expand the international reputation that the delicious Chilean seafood enjoys in foreign markets.
