the only advantage to what you describe, as far as i can tell, is the ability to size the window, i.e, lose the right side navigation panel if desired. beyond that, i can still move the rtq window wherever i want it by opening it in the usual manner of simply clicking the link. and besides, i thought we were looking for a way to make the window reopen in a specific location.
