I did not mean to imply that NO states allow a felon to petition for restoration of civil rights. I meant to say that it is not a requirement in ALL states.

Dear Thomas: IN FACT, from my observation not only were ALL claims of voting restriction found to be invalid in Florida BUT immense voter fraud has been uncovered by felons and other persons not qualified to vote. Yep, you guessed it, mostly DEMS. Funny, media doesnt talk about it much. JDN
