Wonder how long the so called transition period is/was??? Neither of the Clintons seemed to be in any hurry to leave...still there for that matter... Wonder if Salon could comment on that???? Or anyone????

Additionally, any gifts given to the president and his family during the transition period before the inauguration do not have to be disclosed
