I do believe that Mr Clinton said in his statement that he knowingly said what he said as being really false at the time he said it and only thought he understood the meanings of the words well enough to not be lying. Clinton lied to himself about his understanding of the meaning of words and failed at his attempt at telling the truth, the whole true and nothing but the truth. Simply put, Clinton lied knowing he was lying and every democrat senator put loyalty to the democrat party above an oath sworn to God. to say it colorfully.
