AMCE (2.00-2.06) is a shell looking for a business trading just over its cash per share. CRTQ (7.88-8.00) same way. TEEE.OB also if you must have an otcbb stock. It should be noted a nasdaq listing is much more valueable however. CRTN.OB has a business, but is looking for another with their excess cash..in excess of the share price btw. PERS.OB (1.56-1.75)is another one. Any of these could be the next LACI and double or triple in short order. Or they could do nothing for 2 years.
