I am not so attuned to the guitar as you are, so I perhaps under- appreciate someone like Eddie. I am not acquainted with Santriani (so as to know it), and have only a vague sense of Hedges. On Napster, I have been downloading a lot since getting broadband, once I could stand to spend much time at the computer. I have had Napster for awhile, and gotten a fair amount out of it, so it is hard to complain. I am still irritated<g>. Maybe I will go to Gnutella, now that I am broadband. I tried it, but the slowness was prohibitive. The limitation with your "next level" observation is this: just as Michael Jordan could not make it above triple A ball in baseball, because that was not his metier, it is not clear that Eddie would find the conventions of classical music congenial, or that Mozart would take to guitart driven rock.......
