I think the risk factor in banks is much higher than is reflected in the charts. Michael, very astute observation. You need look no further than the SOX index and the risks associated in lower DRAM prices which eventually caught up to the SOX Index. Even though risks were evident to the informed, the risk tends to unwind itself after the break-out in the technicals of the bullish formation of the chart itself. BKX is going higher first...
