Ted Re...Not til Bush is voted out of office.....51% of the voters were thwarted out of their choice for president. Do you think your take on the matter will bring them closure? <<<

I would assume you are talking about both the ralph Nader votes and Als votes to come up with 51%. However I would also believe that the Nader voters knew that he wouldn't be elected. We should also remember that Bill was elected in 1992 with approximately 44% of the vote; far less than GW 48.5 % You may be still upset, but I wouldn't bet on a groundswell of public opinion to overturn the election or USSC decisions; or be a major influence in 2004. In fact, yesterday in the Article Wil Smith posted, the American reporter said that there was a lack of interest in the outcome of the Fl. vote by the major newspapers.. I am not saying that the dems. should stop crying about the election; as the dems. looked upon as being sore losers is quite likely to give the republicans an edge in the next election. So keep up the good work. I appreciate it.

Gore didn't get 51%, not even 50%. More like 47%

RE:"Do you think your take on the matter will bring them closure?"

Some won't forget because they just don't want to believe that Gore lost...
Others will be glad W was elected.
