Pete--Be careful of that one. There have been some problems I am aware of for through the skin delivery systems. I can't say that it is the case this time but the systems can cause a lot of problems because they carry everything through the skin. It can be difficult to get the skin clean enough to be safe. The agent can carry soap, ink, hand or skin lotion, or the residues of any other compound that may be present. The potential side effects can become a nightmare. All the Best Druss
