Hmmmmmm... Hmmmmmm???

Well, listened to the call and, frankly, got little out of it. No comments, other than a short comment that one had been completed in November, about the preferred stock placement (I went back and looked for any news or filings to indicate that the preferred deal was done and find nothing). No further explanation of Brock's loan (i.e. terms other than maturity like rate, collateral) or the Silicon Valley Bank line of credit (the old one was secured by cash equivalents, so served absolutely no purpose, IMO). Most significantly, no guidance as to future revenue growth or time to breakeven. In short, I found nothing in this call to give me reason to buy more of this stock and now have to decide whether to give them one more quarter to come up with a compelling story.

Regards,
Bob

Mike...

I found the comment shown below from the press release to be one that was on target.

>>Firstwave's software revenues increased over Fourth Quarter 1999, showing a growing, albeit, quiet and slow, interest in our web-based technology." <<

That's it, Quiet and Slow. Is that the new mantra at FSTW? I am sure all other longs would rather it be " Loud and Fast."
