Well, we know they have identified the DVD related patents and are negotiating. I always wondered how in the world a little company that has lost an expensive suit previously gets anybody to pay. I guess the only possible appeal to anything but honesty ( it does still exist here and there) is the threat to sell the patent to a company that DOES have the wherewithal to pursue litigation. Only way to skirt a stone wall that I can think of offhand.
