Ramsey - Why do they want to keep it quiet as long as possible? I thought one of the arguments was that they wanted to make sure that TD-SCDMA would get put into the standard. Didn't someone post a note saying this was written in? Why does China want to keep it quiet now? Tom

Yes, I think so. And it also makes great sense, if you remember Premier Zhu's statements last spring and summer, that CDMA would be implemented, but gradually. He kept saying not to rush things and be patient about it.
