Just reviewed Greedspin's text and I see that he makes a fairly direct reference to the importance of the market to the economy and to Joe Consumer. This will end badly.

As Greenspan has stated many times over the years, he doesn't target the stock market. You must be mis-interpreting his comments. LOL!!

According to one prominent survey, the three- to five-year average earnings projections of more than a thousand analysts, though exhibiting some signs of diminishing in recent months, have generally held firm at a very high level. Such expectations, should they persist, bode well for continued strength in capital accumulation and sustained elevated growth of structural productivity over the longer term.

I see Greenspan is using the projections of sell side equity analysts these days, isn't that nice?

Won't even begin to consider AMCC, JNPR, EMC, or NTAP. I might do ADBE, since they've been punished pretty harshly.

Corning is on my "strong avoid" list. The fiber purchases are going to cease with the liquidity drought in that industry. Besides, DWDM has made it possible to pump an order of magnitude more data down the same fiber. End result? We don't need no more stinking fiber.

What you buying on ADBE?
