Rob, the thing that makes Billy unique is his ability to go into what appears to be unlimited cash reserves.
It doesn't matter how badly his stocks get whacked he always seems to have more money to throw back at them.
I've come to the conclusion he really must have a hell of printing press in his basement!
If I'm wrong he must have been buying 1 or 2 shares at a time.
