I like this one I just heard, to paraphrase:

"It appears that higher energy costs have not had inflationary effects" [he seemed to be referring to Cali, at least in part]

Well, isn't that because none of the increases have been passed on to consumers? Will it be different when *someone* has to pay those bills?

Looking at the WMT daily, we have had our retrace to the breakdown yesterday. Do we head to the $40's now? Decent looking H&S there as well.
