To: KLP who wrote (25012 ) 2/13/2001 12:38:45 PM From: silversoldier a/k/a SI Sy Respond to of 28311 K., your questions concerning PA/VV, Savoy, Digeo Partners, Charter, HSAC, RCNC and INSP echo my sentiments, as I mentioned in Post #24944 yesterday. I heard no mention of Digeo Partners during the CC. Savoy, of course, is PA's chief of staff at VV and the PA/VV representative on the INSP BOD. (Having heard nothing to the contrary, I presume PA/VV has not disposed of its position and that Savoy is still a member of the BOD). If Digeo Partners is the de facto or de jure successor to Broadband Partners, as I assume, inasmuch as I have heard nothing to the contrary, this is what previously was known: GNET was a 19% equity partner and, presumably, INSP took GNET's position following the merger; the other equity partners were Charter and PA/VV; HSAC and RCNC were non equity partners. Not only were there no questions about the relationship with Digeo Partners, et al., during the CC, there was no reference (heard by me) to Digeo Partners, et al., by Jain or other INSP speakers (flunkies?). I did hear some remarks about broadband or cable partnerships, including one or more names, but I heard none of the names of Digeo Partners et al. (I am hedging my remarks in terms of "I heard" because I suffer high frequency hearing loss and sometimes miss out on audio)... I view INSP's CC silence to be more ominous than the absence of questions on this subject. Apparently today's market activity confirms my concern about The AA's credibility. It is no longer a question of whether he was disingenuous two weeks ago, a month ago or yesterday. It appears he has come to be viewed by WS as a fork-tongued purveyor all the time...When will Uncle Paul come to the rescue? Or will GNET's Brother Rats drown with the sinking ship? Sy
